As I walked through town yesterday afternoon, I noticed the amount of people carrying bags loaded with bargains from Penneys! Personally I have always loved Penneys and how they make fashion so accessible and up to the minute. But this season, I really think they've got so it right! I want it all!! Especially the Marc by Marc look alike dress and those amazing red wedges!!
