What You Need:
Sheer Fabric in your Chosen Colour, I used around 2.5 metres
Elastic, enough to stretch around your waist
Scissors, Thread & Sewing Machine
What to Do:
Cut your elastic to the correct length to fit your waist.
Using your machine, sew the elastic and the fabric together, stretching the elastic and gathering the fabric as you stitch.
When you have sewn all along your elastic, join the start and end of it to close the waistband.
Stitch down your two side seams to close the slit of the skirt.
And there you have it, your very own Sheer Maxi Skirt!
